Add Ticket Portal Links to Help Desk Emails
In order to allow your customers to view, update and solve tickets through your DeskPerk Ticket Portal - you must add a Ticket Portal Link to notifications you send from your Zendesk help desk.
NOTE: The Ticket Portal Link will not work on any Trigger that is sent out when a PRIVATE comment is added or from responses by end users.

One of the many benefits of Zendesk is that they let you customize almost every aspect of the emails that are sent to requesters. In order to change the appearance of a link to your Ticket Portal within an email, you need to use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
